Full Text - Background: This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the cumulative burden of low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (cumLDL-c) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (cumhs-CRP) on cardiovascular risk.Results: During the 4.62 (±0.70) years of follow-up, 2,148 (5.92%) participants had MACE. Both of cumLDL-c and cumhs-CRP were independent risk factors for MACE.
