Conclusions: TAVR for pure severe NAVR remains a challenging procedure, burdened by a significant risk for TVEM. Nondedicated SE and BE platforms seem to have comparable performance in this setting. Dedicated TAVR devices are needed to provide a safe and effective alternative to surgery in high-risk patients.
